FREE SHIPPING on trolley tokens is not tracked. Any lost tokens in the mail will not be replaced by seller. Tokens purchased with other items will be posted with tracked shipping. 

PLEASE TAKE CARE we will not offer refunds or replacements for breakage or lost tokens. Please take care when handling your trolley tokens. Do not attempt to force them into trolleys, or in an up/down motion. If you add pressure or push the token too far into the slot this can cause it to break. If the token isn’t doesn’t fit smoothly, please try another trolley. All trolleys are different and some are easier than others. Token may snap or break if bent or dropped.
